Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, please email us at lumaandyou2026@gmail.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue store credit equivalent to the item’s value.

Store credits:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Are valid for 6 months
  • Can be used on any item on our website

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different design or model, please:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order on our website

This ensures faster processing and availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at lumaandyou2026@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue
