We ship worldwide.

Luma is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Luma is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees will apply.

Lost Parcels

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched in good condition.

Once an order has been shipped, Luma is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Luma is also not liable for parcels marked as delivered but not received.
